2.1 This site is a medical media and medical information website aimed solely at the needs of doctors and other qualified medical healthcare professionals, principally at fully qualified and practising pathologists and cytologists.

3.1 The information on this website is designed ONLY for qualified doctors and other healthcare professionals and is NOT aimed at members of the public or non-medically qualified persons. In particular, our information does not constitute any form of advice, recommendation, representation, endorsement or arrangement by us and is not intended to be relied upon by doctors, other healthcare professionals or members of the public in making (or refraining from making) any specific medical or other healthcare decisions. Given that the impact of any information expressed on our site can vary widely based on particular circumstances, you should ALWAYS seek advice from and follow the advice of your own doctor(s) and healthcare professionals, and NOT this website.

PathLab.org relies on the authors of content items to confirm the accuracy of the information presented, and to describe generally accepted practices, and therefore we as the publisher and editors, cannot warrant its accuracy. You should be aware that medical professionals may have different opinions. Because of this fact and also because of regular advances in medical research, we insist and also require that you independently verify all information. Ultimately as a doctor or healthcare professional it is solely YOUR OWN responsibility to make your own professional judgements.
